Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Once your account is created, go to Customers and use the import icon. Ooklo accepts CSV and Excel files with email addresses, phone numbers, and any custom fields you wish to keep (first name, birthday, last visit, etc.). Duplicates are automatically removed. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary consent to contact them; please see our Terms and Conditions.
