How do I request the deletion of my personal data?

Send an email to deletion@ooklo.com with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line, from the address associated with your account. Provide the details needed to identify your account; if necessary, we may ask for a copy of a proof of identity (the rest of the document can be obscured). Requests are processed within 30 days. To exercise any other GDPR right (access, rectification, portability, objection), contact our DPO at dpo@ooklo.com.
