  • What happens when a contact unsubscribes?

Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and every SMS can be opted out by replying STOP. When a contact unsubscribes from a channel, Ooklo automatically removes them from your future sends on that channel. They remain in your customer file and can still be reached on other channels they are subscribed to.

  • How do I know if my campaigns are performing?

Every campaign has its own report: opens, clicks, SMS delivered and read, social media interactions. Ooklo focuses on engagement rather than turnover, because most of your sales happen in-store and cannot be tracked with certainty. Engagement shows you if your message has reached your audience.

  • Can I cancel a campaign after launching it?

A scheduled campaign can be cancelled or modified until the scheduled sending time. Once the sending process has started, it cannot be stopped; emails and SMS messages are dispatched within seconds. If you spot an error during sending, contact support to limit the impact.

  • Why did my email go to spam?

The most common causes are: too many images in your email or keywords filtered as spam. Consider using the email cleaning tool to remove inactive contacts and sustainably improve your deliverability performance.

  • Can I schedule my campaigns in advance?

Yes. When confirming your campaign, choose a future date and time. Scheduled campaigns appear on the Campaigns page. You can modify or cancel them up until the moment they are sent.

  • Are my campaigns sent immediately?

Only if you choose to. Every campaign is reviewed and confirmed before any sending takes place. You can send it straight away, schedule it for a specific date and time, or save it as a draft to finish later.
