  • What’s the best time to send emails?

There isn’t a single perfect moment, but a few trends have emerged. For most local businesses, weekday mornings (between 9 am and 11 am) and early evenings (between 6 pm and 7 pm) work well. Restaurants often see good results in the mid-afternoon, before the decision for dinner is made. Ooklo suggests a recommended sending time for every campaign, based on your category and your audience.

  • Which channels can I use to send my campaigns?

Email, SMS, and posts on Facebook and Instagram (via Meta integrations). You can combine several channels in a single campaign: for example, an email to your entire list and an SMS to your best customers. You can also use them separately from the Campaigns section.

  • I don’t know where to start with creating my messages, what can I do?

No need to start from a blank page; two areas are designed to save you time:

    – The Templates menu provides ready-to-use templates for every channel (email, SMS, Instagram, Facebook): welcome messages, flash sales, appointment reminders, customer testimonials, new arrival announcements… You choose the one that fits your needs, adapt it to your business in a few clicks, and it’s ready to be used in your campaigns. You can also create your own templates and reuse them as often as you like.

    – The Library allows you to import and centralise all your content: catalogues, flyers, photos, logos… You can then insert them directly into your emails, or generate a catalogue link to include in an SMS, for example.

Whether you are sending your very first campaign or your hundredth, these two areas allow you to create high-quality content quickly and without starting from zero.

  • How does Ooklo choose which opportunities to suggest?

Ooklo relies on your business category, your location, a calendar of commercial dates relevant to your activity, and your campaign history. The most relevant opportunity for the coming weeks is always highlighted on your dashboard.

  • What is the difference between a campaign and an opportunity?

An opportunity is a marketing moment identified for you: a commercial date (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, back-to-school), a local event, or a quiet period to boost. A campaign is what you actually send: the message, the audience, the channels, and the scheduling. Most campaigns stem from an opportunity detected by Ooklo, but you can also create one from scratch whenever you like.

  • I have several businesses, how does it work?

The onboarding process configures a single outlet to keep things simple. You can add your other outlets later from the My Business section. Multi-site management (campaigns per business, consolidated reporting, separate customer files) is a core feature of Ooklo, with availability depending on your plan.
